The village of Kravenik is located in a beautiful peaceful region in the outskirts of the Balkan Mountains. The closest towns are Apriltsi (11 km away) and Sevlievo (32 km away). The nearby settlement of Stokite (6 km away) offers a church, doctor’s office, kindergarten, a convenience store and a café.

Petya’s previous experience has been in the management of real estate investments for investors from Israel. Her experience includes marketing, buying and selling property assets as well as administering the company in Bulgaria.
Petya’s first language is Bulgarian and she is also fluent in English, has good knowledge of Russian and basic Hebrew.
