The village of Stambolovo is 32 km from Veliko Tarnovo and 6 km from Pavlikeni. It is situated in the beautiful valley of the Rositsa River, which offers a number of opportunities for outings and outdoor activities.

Andy Turver was born in the UK where he first worked in the emerging computer industry as an electronics engineer, he later moved into sales and marketing. Andy’s interests include hunting, fishing and golf, the years between 2001 and 2007 were mostly spent travelling and enjoying these pursuits. In August 2007 he moved to Veliko Tarnovo in Bulgaria and bought a number of Bulgarian properties as long term investments.
With a keen interest in the Bulgarian Property market, he worked for a couple of years as a business consultant for a Bulgarian Real Estate Agency, before taking the decision to open a new property agency in the town of Veliko Tarnovo.
