The house on offer is situated in the picturesque village of Novo Selo, around 20 km away from Veliko Tarnovo. The village benefits from lots of amenities; one of its advantages is its access to the main arterial highway Sofia – Varna that guarantees an easy all year round access.

Petya was born and educated in Lovech where she graduated in 1991, she then studied English Philology at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius " in Veliko Turnovo.
Petya’s previous experience has been in the management of real estate investments for investors from Israel. Her experience includes marketing, buying and selling property assets as well as administering the company in Bulgaria.
Petya’s first language is Bulgarian and she is also fluent in English, has good knowledge of Russian and basic Hebrew.
