The property is located in the peaceful Sveta Gora neighbourhood, next to the University of Veliko Tarnovo. The biggest public park in Veliko Tarnovo is also nearby. The hostel is located by an asphalt road and some of the room reveal picturesque views toward Tsarevets Fortress.

Petya was born and educated in Lovech where she graduated in 1991, she then studied English Philology at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius " in Veliko Turnovo.
Petya’s previous experience has been in the management of real estate investments for investors from Israel. Her experience includes marketing, buying and selling property assets as well as administering the company in Bulgaria.
Petya’s first language is Bulgarian and she is also fluent in English, has good knowledge of Russian and basic Hebrew.
Petya joined Yantra Homes in 2012, she has an individual approach to working with clients. She demonstrates conviction and intuition when working with people, is observant, with an eye for detail. She also has an interest in art, psychology, tourism, yoga.
