Stefan Stambolovo is well-developed village with good infrastructure. It is close to the main towns of Veliko Tarnovo and Polski Trambesh both within a 25 minute drive. The village offers a, community centre, post office, village hall, library, small park, church, several shops and bars and public transport to neighbouring towns and villages. It is located near the ancient Roman town of Nicopolis ad Istrum, which attracts many tourists in the area and is next door to Polski Senovets which is only 3 km away with more shops and cafes.

The property sits in well-maintained gardens (1340 sqm) with a mixture of flower beds and lawn areas surrounded by mature fruit trees. There is a working well and eating area with pergola for shade on those hot summer days. There is plenty of space for pool if you so desired.

The house (82 sqm) itself has been renovated to a very good standard. It has been rewired and has a new plumbing system and septic pit; it has a fully wired security system also. On the ground floor you will find a good size kitchen dining area with plenty of storage and work surfaces. The living room has a lovely Inglenook style fireplace as a main feature along with exposed oak beams the ground floor has ceramic tiling throughout making it both practical and cool. Handmade wooden stairs from the living room lead to the landing/hall where you will find two double bedrooms both is benefiting from their own en-suite bathrooms.

There is an attached stone barn that could be easily converted to make additional living accommodation. Along with a second stone barn that acts as a workshop/garage area with its own separate entrance via large double gates provide secure parking of the road.

The house is 2 minutes’ walk to village centre shops and bar. And very close to the edge of the village with the opportunity for long relaxing walks in the surrounding countryside. The property is offered furnished and ready to move into. A very nice property with room to expand if you so wish.

Stefan Stambolovo is a peaceful village, situated 17 km southwest of Polski Trambesh and 27 km north of Veliko Tarnovo. The village has some beautiful stone architecture and detailing reminiscent of some Bulgarian properties in Arbanasi.
