Obedinenie village is located at the heart of the Danubian plain, 36 km north from the Old Bulgarian capital Veliko Tarnovo and the ever so beautiful Danubian town of Svishtov. The ancient town of Nicopolis ad Istrum is also in the vicinity of the village.

Andy’s interests include hunting, fishing and golf, the years between 2001 and 2007 were mostly spent travelling and enjoying these pursuits. In August 2007 he moved to Veliko Tarnovo in Bulgaria and bought a number of Bulgarian properties as long term investments.
With a keen interest in the Bulgarian Property market, he worked for a couple of years as a business consultant for a Bulgarian Real Estate Agency, before taking the decision to open a new property agency in the town of Veliko Tarnovo.
