Hotnitsa is a lovely village with friendly, welcoming people. The village offers all the basic amenities such as food shops, church, post office, city hall, medical care. It has established British community served by several bars/restaurants and a good bus service to nearby Veliko Tarnovo.


This property is located at the edge of the village in a very quiet location and was renovated and extended in 2006. It is a well-proportioned property (195 sqm) offering large open plan living areas. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with double aspect windows. The waterfalls of Hotnitsa are some of the largest ones in Bulgaria and one of the most scenic walking trails (to the Emenski Canyon) starts from this spot. The area near the waterfalls is also a favourite place for picnics and family day outs.
