This solidly built house is located in the village of Byala Reka in the Suhindol region, an area famous for its wines and has a typical Bulgarian rural atmosphere.

The nearest town of Suhindol is famous for its production of Suhindol Gamza wines, the best known of Bulgarian wines, it also has a museum and art gallery.
Petya was born and educated in Lovech where she graduated in 1991, she then studied English Philology at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius " in Veliko Turnovo.
Petya’s previous experience has been in the management of real estate investments for investors from Israel. Her experience includes marketing, buying and selling property assets as well as administering the company in Bulgaria.
Petya’s first language is Bulgarian and she is also fluent in English, has good knowledge of Russian and basic Hebrew.
